If you are not happy with the service for any reason, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of your purchase to request a refund. Please note that we will issue a refund only if the following conditions are met: The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
You have not violated our terms of service.
You have not used more than 50% of the subscription period.
You have provided us with a reason for the refund request.
To use the same email of the purchase and to indicate the order number.
Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
